| When: | Monthly on Thursday mornings 10:00 am-11:45 am 2nd Thursday in the month |
| Venue: | Wollaton Cricket Pavilion |
| Cost: | £3.00 |
We meet on the second Thursday morning of each month at Wollaton cricket pavilion.
We sing popular songs mostly from the 1950s and 60s. We sing pop and rock, traditional and folk, jazz and and ballads, and songs from films and shows. We have a pianist and two acoustic guitar players to accompany the singing. You do not need to read music, and there are no auditions. Just turn up and sing.
The Cricket Pavilion has some off street parking and ramped level access to the venue, which has ground floor toilets.
The cost is £3.00p payable on the door, which includes tea coffee and biscuits served at half time. Doors open 09.45; we start singing around 10.05, break for refreshments around 10.50, then finish singing by about 11.45
We do not require that you attend every month- you can dip in and out. We welcome new and non- members for a free first visit..
Singing is good for your health and well being. We hope to see you soon.
