Main meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at St. Leonard’s Community Centre. Doors open at 9.45 a.m. Coffee, tea and biscuits are served until 10.10 a.m. while members mingle and socialise. We then briefly deal with any u3a business, which is followed by a talk from an invited speaker. Meetings end around 11.45 a.m. and are free of charge for members. Please see below for upcoming talks.
The September meeting each year includes the AGM. There is no main meeting in December.
Coffee mornings are held on the 1st Friday of the Month from 10.45 a.m. in the main hall of Grangewood Methodist Church. Please go through the car park and round to the back entrance to access. Coffee mornings are an opportunity for us to bring along friends and neighbours who would like to learn about Wollaton u3a. Cost is £2 for members with as much coffee/tea/orange squash as you wish to drink! There is no charge for non-members at their first visit.
