This is a recently introduced feature which we hope will offer a more streamlined experience. - It's recommended to save or download the form before filling it in
- Save to your Documents area, or to Google Drive or equivalent - devices may vary
- Open the document on your device; fill in the form
- In the Signature field, just type your full name (if you have an electronic signature, please DON'T try to use it as it won't work!)
- Save the filled-in document
- Send the completed form as an email attachment to the Membership Secretary at membershipsecretary@wollatonu3a.co.uk with the subject line "Application for Membership" or "Renewal 2026" as appropriate
- If the above link doesn't automatically open an email, you can copy and paste it into one instead
- Please make payment by bank transfer. Our bank details are given on the form, and also further down this page
New for 2026: This year's AGM pack was sent out electronically to all members who have email, and a link to the Electronic renewal form was included in the pack.

Print the form in your usual way. Fill in and post to the address given on the form, or bring along to the next monthly meeting or coffee morning. Alternatively, you can scan the completed form and email it to the Membership Secretary at the address, and with the subject line, given in the guidance notes above
