Wollaton Extra is the new home for our photo galleries, showcasing the work of our talented photographers. You will also find the links to our monthly updates here from now on. Over time, we would like to expand this page with further items of interest. This could include other examples of our members' creativity, such as writings or artwork, as well as recommendations for local events and activities. We welcome your suggestions! Do contact Therese (Web Editor) with your ideas.
Please note that, while we are happy to provide links to certain relevant and reputable websites, we won't normally use marketing and/or promotional materials from external service providers.

  • Report Fraud -  previously called Action Fraud, this is the place to report, prevent, and learn about cyber crime & fraud.
  • Silver Line - a free, confidential telephone service for older people. Call them for friendship, conversation and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Age UK - the leading charity representing the needs and interests of older people in the UK.
